At the I was blown away to be announced as the winner of this award.

This category was my ‘10 year goal’ category. I put this on my goal list 1 year ago and felt somewhat delusional putting my entry in this year after working with an incredibly inspiring patient.

I am so honoured to have won! It is a rigorous process with some of the greatest minds in the industry judging and so it means an incredibly amount to have this recognition.

All I can say today is ‘what the hell happened last night’ and my heart is brimming with gratitude for the support and love that has been flowing to me throughout the day.

So many people just don’t get it.
They don’t get the REAL reason why a woman chooses to have medical aesthetic treatments.

It’s NOT:
❌ To look younger
❌ To look more attractive for a man
❌ Because they don’t like their face
❌ Because they want to look different
❌ To achieve ‘perfection’
❌ Because they care too much about appearances.

It IS:
✅ To align how to LOOK to how they feel
✅ To feel more confident
✅ To feel more like the real version of them
✅ As a means of self care
✅ To be the best version of themselves
✅ To look healthier and fresher
✅ To soften negative expressions like frowning
✅ To look less tired

Being able to support women on this journey is truly incredible. Educating and empowering women to make their own choices, not swayed by judgement is KEY 🔑

What an incredible experience!

Hugely grateful to represent Clinisept+ at IMCAS 2026, presenting our research and educating other doctors, surgeons and reputable brand about hypochlorous acid.

It was beautiful chaos, and I am fulfilled and drained in equal measure 💫

It was so beautiful to meet with friends old and new, connect with colleagues, and plan some exciting future projects!

To be a finalist for this particular award at the inaugural Aesthetics Awards is such an achievement for me. I remember attending the ACE conference in 2024 and thinking ‘imagine if one day I was up for an award’…. And then by 2025 my clinic was a finalist for ‘Best New Clinic UK’ …. And now THIS 🥹

To be recognised for the skill and academic work I have put in to my career in medical aesthetics is a real defining moment. It is such a privilege to be included in this list amongst some of the biggest and most respected names in the industry.

Thank to you to my friends, family, patients, and colleagues who have supported and facilitated this opportunity - I am so incredibly grateful 🙏🏼🥹🥲

A huge thank you to all my friends, family, colleagues and online family who have supported over this past year!

Official zero work-life balance but it’s not work when it’s your purpose so the one thing I can promise is that next year will be BIGGER, BETTER, STRONGER and even more INTENSE.

So buckle up.

Guess what - this isn’t a ground breaking list and here’s why:

The trends are bullsh**.
When a genuinely medical miracle treatment comes around, it SHOULD go through years of testing before it’s released into the wild.
Sadly aesthetics is the wild (Wild West that is) and so we often get things too early and therefore they often flop, or we end up finding out they weren’t really worth it.

So my lift is simple. Stick to the treatments we know work. Regenerative treatments like HA, polynucleotides, microneedling etc, and tweak away with botulinum toxin and filler.

Choose your medical practitioner wisely and you’ll be in good hands ✨💪🏼
