Ernie our VW split screen campervan Hearse was chosen by a family simply because they had previously attended a Funeral Service where he had been the chosen Hearse and they thought he was a fantastic choice! Thanks to Heart of England Co-op Funerals for contacting us on behalf of this family for their loved one's Service at Stafford Crematorium.

Since our partnership began in 2024, the Society has raised an incredible £30,000 for our Corporate Charity, Macmillan Cancer Support — helping support people living with cancer across Coventry and Warwickshire. 🙌

Jessica Zaremba, Relationship Fundraising Manager at Macmillan, says:

Today, we at Heart of England Co-op Funerals bid a solemn farewell to West Midlands true icon. Ozzy Osbourne’s influence reached far beyond music — he touched the lives of millions with his passion, presence, and originality.

As his funeral procession takes place, we hold his loved ones in our thoughts and offer our deepest condolences.

A beautiful way to say goodbye to your loved one. 🕊

We recently had the honour of leading an ‘Only Fools and Hearse’ themed funeral for a family at our Foleshill Road funeral home.

It was a truly personal and heartfelt farewell, and we were privileged to help bring their wishes to life. 🕊️💐

The service was led by our Funeral Director, Georgette, and supported by our dedicated Funeral Service Operatives, who cared for the family with professionalism and compassion.

Such a beautiful farewell 🕊️

When it comes to personalising funerals, we pay close attention to every detail to make yours or your loved one’s farewell truly special and unique. 🙌

Monty went out to serve on the Funeral of a Parachute Regiment Veteran, where Heart of England Co-op Funerals requested on behalf of the family that the TV screen on Monty's deck was used to display the photo of the gentleman we were honoring and the external speakers played the march of his former regiment, through his guard of honour to his final resting place at Marston Lane Cemetery.

The expanse of glass along Monty's large deck and glass roof allowed the sun to shine in on the display of Medals and Regiment flag placed upon the coffin. Pictured are the Bugler and Bagpiper who also proudly played their parts within the Funeral Service.
