The Mums race is upon us! As you sprint to the finish line do you worry about leaking? Let me ask you this, how much preparation have you done? Do you regularly sprint or complete dynamic explosive type exercise? Then perhaps I am bold enough to say, its possible if we don't train for something, could an over loaded system be expected? In the Dads race are we surprised if one of them tweaks a muscle or is not as fast or sleek as their younger days?
