Memories pop up on socials and some are worth reflecting on to see how far you’ve come. 2020 was a big year for many of us. For me the start of teaching yoga and pilates on zoom, becoming single after a long marriage…and much more. I worked hard at presenting a strong happy person professionally and always found it hard to show vulnerability……I now embrace it wholeheartedly. I picked a card (Sahara Rose A Yogic Path) today Ganesha - god of new beginnings and remover of obstacles. It reminds me of my true nature to give and nurture….so long as I give a nurture myself…

I shall bring my yogic path cards to classes this week ….its been a while. 🙏☀️☺️🧡🤗

Anyone self employed will know the inconvenience of being ill and cancelling classes, not only for health reasons but financial ones. This weeks focus a very challenging forearm balance…but broken down and practiced in different ways it can suit many participants, improve shoulder flexibility and stability, improves posture…using a strap is brilliant to prevent elbows sliding out and gives feeling security as it hugs outer arms
