Hello, I’m Sarah – your Slimming World consultant 👋
I joined Slimming World back in 2018 feeling very nervous and unhappy with my weight and went on to lose 3 stone in 9 months. I’ve been at target ever since, although I’ll be honest, I’ve popped out of my target range from time to time too. That real-life experience helps me truly understand the ups and downs of the journey 💗

I’ve now been a Slimming World consultant for 4 years, and I’ve just celebrated my consultant anniversary this week 🎉 I feel incredibly lucky to have a job I absolutely love and to be part of such an amazing organisation that truly changes lives ✨

ONE FOR THE LADS… MEET FRANKIE! 🙋🏼‍♂️

At just 17 years old, Frankie has stepped into something that many grown adults struggle to do he’s chosen himself. 💙 He’s chosen his health, his confidence, his future… and wow, is he absolutely smashing it. 🙌🏼

Walking into a Slimming World group as a young lad can feel scary, daunting, even overwhelming. It takes guts. It takes heart. It takes a level of maturity far beyond his years. And Frankie? He’s embraced every bit of this life‑changing journey with courage, humour, and a determination that inspires every single one of us.

Alongside his 2 stone loss so far and incredible transformation photo, he shared something that stopped us all in our tracks:

“I feel like I’ve grown into a better person.”

What a statement. What a moment. What a young man. 🥹

Frankie is living proof that age doesn’t define your strength, your commitment, or your right to feel good in your own skin. He’s showing other lads and honestly, all of us that it’s never too early or too late to take control of your story.

I’m so unbelievably proud of him. Proud of his bravery. Proud of his growth. Proud of the way he shows up, week after week, ready to learn, ready to change, ready to shine.
