Classes run 6 days a week, with a morning/daytime and evening classes across 2 venues, The Wells Church Hanover Road Tunbridge Wells and in Paddock Wood. Private classes are also available in the following areas; Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Paddock Wood and surrounding areas. In the comfort of your own home.

What's on the agenda?
๐We will start the day by welcoming you with teas and coffees on arrival, along with a healthy smoothie.
๐คธโโ๏ธYou will then be treated to a Pilates class with Hannah to get the blood pumping.
๐After Pilates, you will enjoy a flower arranging class with Charlie, learning how to make a beautiful summer centerpiece, before breaking for a light lunch.
๐งโโ๏ธIn the afternoon Hannah will guide you through a Yogafit class, before winding down the day with meditation.
