One of my clinical interests is secondary breast implant surgery, so it was an honour and a great pleasure to be invited by to write a paper on implant surgery in the ageing breast with for the Clinics in Plastic Surgery Breast Augmentation edition out this month. This surgery is very different to primary breast implant surgery at at a young age and must be planned carefully.
