Happy Easter to All,

Warmer weather has arrived, giving us the chance to support Royston Town Football again and visit the market to buy plants for the patio.

We have recently celebrated several birthdays, and I would like to thank the kitchen team for always making such special cakes. Our residents have also stayed busy with artwork, puzzles, and flower arranging. Gardening on the patio. Outings for Tea at Mitre and Postie for afternoon snack and a glass of wine.

We enjoyed a bright and colourful Mother’s Day with posies and afternoon tea, and the Guinness was quickly finished by all on St. Patrick’s Day. More recently, we celebrated Easter with cupcakes, tea, and hot cross buns on Good Friday. After making our own Easter bonnets, we spent Easter Sunday handing out Easter eggs.

Enjoyed by all and we even had some dancing 😀

Yesterday we celebrated St. Patrick's day with our residents. Guinness, gold and some Irish bingo. It was enjoyed by all who joined in 💚🍀🍯

We are looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our bank.

Required to work a minimum of 1 shift per month, and support to cover as required.

Full training provided through our induction process.

Must have a minimum of 6 months experience and ideally have a DBS on the update service.

Hello,
I am sharing a few photos highlighting some of the recent activities we have enjoyed at St Georges .
Our residents have stayed busy with outings to the local Postie Pub, flower arranging, arts and crafts, and manicure sessions. Dora also visited, to do our residents' hair, and we have enjoyed celebrating Resident's birthdays together. Dancing in the dayroom with Live Entertainment.
We have also had wonderful musical entertainment recently. Stuart performed some of our favourite songs, Ellie Rose entertained us with her beautiful voice, and Sandra, Lady Saxophonist, played both the saxophone and the flute. All our Entertainers also provided one-on-one musical sessions in the rooms for our residents.
