🌾✨ Lammas Ritual

Honour the First Harvest 🍞🔥

Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is the Festival of First Fruits — a time to celebrate what you’ve grown, gathered, and become. It marks the turning point of summer, when the light begins to wane and the sacred spiral turns inward once more.

Today, we honour gratitude, abundance, and transformation.

🌿 Lammas Ritual: "Harvest & Honour"

✨ 1. Create your altar
Decorate with wheat, bread, sunflowers, gold candles, or anything that reminds you of warmth + gratitude. Add symbols of your own growth — a journal, a token, or even herbs from your garden.

✨ 2. Light a candle + reflect

Sit quietly. Ask yourself:

What have I sown that is now blooming?
What am I proud of?
What am I ready to release before the darker half of the year?

✨ 3. Write your Lammas Gratitude List

Name every blessing from the last 6 months — even the messy, unexpected ones. Read them aloud. Soak in your own richness.

✨ 4. Optional fire ritual

Write one thing you’re releasing on paper. Safely burn it with intention.
Say aloud: “As I let this go, I make space for deeper blessings.”

✨ 5. Close with these words:

"I honour the harvest. I honour my path. I honour who I am becoming." 🌾
