Sending a little love on through to all the wonderful women out there.

Some of us have worked hard on accepting that our mothers just don’t have the capacity or capability to love us, their children, in the way we would like - and that’s OK. No hatred, no shaming, no disrespect towards them - that’s just who they are. So for those of you in this same situation, love yourself a little more and share that love with others too. The world needs more love and understanding right now 🩷🌷🩷🌷🩷🌷

🎂 Happy Heavenly 106th Birthday, Grandad 🎂

Today would have been your 106th birthday. It’s hard to believe that 22 years have passed since the last birthday we spent with you here. I often think back to that time in the hospital and wonder if you knew what day it was, but I hope you felt the love that surrounded you.

Not a year goes by where you aren’t thought of, remembered, and missed. The years may pass, but the love never fades. You were such a huge part of my life and the memories of you are ones I carry with me always.

Even though you’re no longer here physically, I know you’re still around. I sense you, I feel you, and I know you’re watching over us in your own quiet way.

Gone but never forgotten, Grandad.
Happy heavenly birthday. I miss you dearly. 💙

This is a live, guided meditation - not a teaching or a healing session - but an invitation to rest, soften, and come home to yourself.

Mary Magdalene, for me, represents love without shame, safety without conditions, and the remembrance that we are already whole.

We’ll sit together in that energy, reconnect to the red thread that binds women across time, and allow the nervous system to settle.
