For me, living your truth and being authentically you is key to living a fulfilling life. Part of living your truth is connecting to your truth, which is why all my treatments are deeply rooted in connecting you to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. This connection with yourself is your true source of healing and growth. When facilitating your journey with you, I take the whole body approach (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual), where I create a safe space for you to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your truth. It is imperative that we rediscover ourselves and connect with our creative centre – as women, this is where all the magic happens. You Matter...

2017 was a year of self discovery for me. I quit a job I was very unsatisfied in, I completed my massage diplomas (finally), and co-authored in an amazing book. After completing my diplomas in Aromatherapy, Swedish and Hot Stone Massage I started my business... and since then have qualified in Fertility Massage Therapy - a truly amazing therapy that uses several techniques and modalities to rebalance your body and reconnect you with your inner self (Note this is or all women, not just those on their fertility journey). This has truly helped to reconnect me with myself and allowed me to have so much more love for my clients!

This all sounds lovely, but anyone can write anything here.... so what really sets me apart from other massage therapists?

Have you ever booked a massage and just felt short-changed?

I know I have, well this is not me! My aim is to offer my clients a service that is tailored to them, their body and their needs! There is no way you will ever receive a ‘prescriptive’ massage from me, nor will you ever have the same massage. I pride myself on listening to your body, listening to you speak about where you are at both physically and emotionally and this is all accommodated... because YOU Matter!
