A bit of trivia ..... This my favourite - when I trained it was a 10 or 11 blade and we'd only get the 15 out for a corn but over the years, the 15 has become my go-to blade and I now never use anything else 😊 I get through about 40-50 per week. I always buy quality British ones made in Sheffield.

Podiatrists are the experts in nail surgery, A&E shouldn't be used for ingrown toenails yet they dealt with almost 4000 last year. You wouldn't (or shouldn't) go to A&E for toothache, you'd see a Dentist right? So, please visit a Podiatrist with your sore toe! I am performing 2 nail surgeries tomorrow, that's 2 less for A&E! 😊

The Autumn Equinox has just passed and it's a time for reflection and renewal, for many of us our holidays are behind us and Christmas ahead, for some it represents the dread of dark days and long nights. Acupuncture can be really beneficial in setting you up for the Winter ahead. Acupuncture restores harmony - it's no coincidence that Libra coincides with the Autumn Equinox. There is no better time to create balance.
