A Change to the plan for the Retreat day.
We are reducing the time and ticket price to make it easier for some of you to access this.
We are still hosting a terrific day around Gratitude, Saturday 21st september but it will now be 11am to 2pm and only £60.
The session will include -
~Breathwork workshop and opening blessing to open our Heart chakras
~Sound journey to help remove a feeling of lack or disappointment and invite in gratitude, self love and love for others.
~Making Gratitude jars to help remind us each day to be grateful for the little things.
~ Tea and cake
We deeply believe in the connection to self and other like minded people to nourish and support each other and are dedicated to offering the chance to participate in these gatherings hence the change.

School is nearly back and the time is coming when you can start to spend some time on your selves.
We have some fabulous retreat days at Sanctum organised for the remaining year starting with our Gratitude day on the 21st september.
Spend a day opening your heart to gratitude and love,
the day will begin with some heart opening activities followed by the amazing
Nikki Slade - Free the Inner Voice holding a Kirtan to raise our good vibes.
Lunch (bring your own)
Then a sound bath with . using the Gongs and bowls
Complete the day making your own gratitude jar to take home to encourage positive thinking.

We are holding a fund raising Afternoon tea for a charity very close to our hearts,
Come and join us at Sanctum for tea/coffee and cake 2 - 4pm 21st August.
We are thrilled to be joining up with two fantastic businesses that support this charity, Intelligent Membranes is one of our landlords business` and supports breast cancer and Source One Consulting Ltd, a dear friends business who has very personal dealings with this.
We are coming together to get as many people as possible to pop up and support this.
