Super excited to be organising a VE Day 80th Anniversary Tea Dance. We have the Blue Skies Big Band coming to play live in Wrestlingworth Memorial Hall and Jayne from Icon Dance Lessons offering tuition on how to jive! Tickets are just £12 and includes a welcome drink of fizz, thanks to a kind donation, plus afternoon tea of sandwiches and cake.

So enjoy a dance or just sit and listen to the big band playing the hits from the era of WW2.

An aromatherapy client today was feeling a little stressed as they had a weekend of studying ahead of them, they wanted a blend of oils to help them stay focused and aid concentration. I blended together with some carrier grapeseed and mustard seed oil, Bergamot and Rosemary essential oils for focus and concentration with a floral and citrus tones, plus a small amount of Eucalyptus essential oil with it’s invigorating tones to help aid mental fatigue.
