Our Calm for Christmas challenge is well on the way - this is the first time I am running a self-scheduled course and it is so great for my students, as they have complete control over when to train their daily QiGong challenges! While I am on the other side of the world writing my book 😉 But still very much present in spirit! We meet on my community platform, Iga's QiGong Academy, for group support and connections.

I MISSED A FLIGHT 😭 not for a fault of my own... But - holiday is a state of mind!
Yes, we were struck with negative energy having to wait 30 minutes for our little tray with a phone and a coat to be reviewed (!) and then being refused entry to a plane which was still physically there. My DD cried and I have to say I was agitated for sure, my heart beating fast after the long jog through the airport to the furthest gate. I won't see the friend for another day, have to spend money to rebook, and my precious holiday was cut a day short.

Yet, soon after, I heard from a stranger with whom we swapped stories at a cafe: you are awfully calm for what happened.

This, my friends, is NOT my personality. It is my training. Because in QiTribe, I promote and teach and practice just the kind of QiGong you need to let your brain switch swiftly from stress to bliss.

We enjoyed a WONDERFUL afternoon with my Daughter, visiting my husband at work, and made a new friend who missed the same flight! 😍

Hey Dartmouth College Friends!
If you are coming for the 2003-2004-2005 reunions in June, I will be teaching a Morning Taichi and QiGong workshop on Sunday the 16th !

We will activate all meridians to gently but deeply get the energy moving, the emotions which are bound to go a bit wild 😉 balanced again, and the mind focused and clear to face the day ahead! We will have some fun with a few challenging postures such as the Dragon, as well as some simple exercises to feel your Qi.

Suitable for all experience levels, for athletes as well as couch potatoes, seasoned practitioners and those just curious what the heck is Qi all about. I promise everyone to leave invigorated yet balanced (great if you drink the night before 😉! )

And if there are any Londoners who will be at Dartmouth at the time, please stop by and say hi!

Is it just age? Well, maybe not? Too often, what we consider just signs of agei can be prevented or slowed down at least. 🪷
