You will always see my posts from the very beginning saying somewhere about getting your muscles back on track!
So where did this little saying come from you may ask - well it all started with my passion for motorcycle racing!
Working with racers on and off track it became a saying - we need to “get you back on track” and this transpired to “getting your muscles back on track” to signify getting them back out to race and also their muscles functioning to deal with the rigours of racing 🏁🏁
My love of racing has enabled me to not only work within an extreme sporting enviroment for many years, but it has also allowed me to help people achieve their dreams, something I am truly passionate about!
So whether you want to start your couch to 5k, take on a sporting challenge or just pull your socks on in the morning without the aching in your back!
