🌿 Pose and Prose – Gentle Movement, Good Company, and Thoughtful Conversation
Looking for a relaxed and enriching way to spend your morning? Pose and Prose is our new weekly gathering designed especially for those who enjoy gentle movement, meaningful conversation, and a good cuppa.
🧘♂️ Start with a gentle stretch in our Main Room. Each session begins with light movement to ease the body and awaken the senses—perfect for keeping joints supple and spirits lifted.
📚 Afterwards, we gather in our cosy Library Room for unlimited tea, coffee, herbal infusions, and biscuits. One of us will read a short excerpt from a book—perhaps something from our collection on yoga, philosophy, or science—that sparked curiosity or reflection.
💬 Share your thoughts, or simply listen We’ll chat about the reading, share personal reflections, and explore ideas together. Whether you love a good discussion or prefer to listen quietly, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
📖 Borrow a book, take your time Each week, you’re welcome to borrow a book from our library. No rush to return it—just be mindful others may be waiting to read it too.
🏡 Held in our warm, spacious rooms Our main room and Library offer a peaceful, comfortable setting to move, think, and connect. It’s a lovely way to feel better physically, mentally, and socially.
👥 Make new friends, enjoy familiar faces Whether you come every week or just now and then, Pose and Prose is a gentle invitation to connect with others and enjoy something a little different.
