Each autumn I notice the pull to slow down, reset, and shed the layers that no longer fit just like the trees let go of their leaves

Last week I completed 1030 counselling and psychotherapy hours, 1030 Hours of Healing, Growth & Connection ❤️

Three years. 1030 hours. Countless stories of resilience, courage, and transformation—across universities, schools, and private practice.

Every session, every conversation, every breakthrough—I am beyond grateful for the incredible people I’ve had the privilege of supporting. They have shown up, done the hard work, faced their fears, and embraced change, even when it felt impossible.

From students navigating the pressures of school and university to individuals on their personal healing journeys, their strength, courage, and commitment to growth inspire me every single day.

I look forward to healing, transformation, and the next 1000 hours. I appreciate and I am grateful for every person who has been part of this journey. ❤️

Masking is something many people experience daily, especially in schools and everyday settings. It can be exhausting, but understanding why we mask and how it impacts us can be the first step toward positive change. With more awareness and acceptance, we can slowly learn to live more authentically and feel safe being ourselves. 💜
