Today reminded me how much medicine there is in simply being still outdoors.

Not walking for miles.
Not achieving anything.
Just standing, breathing, letting my body catch up with where I am.

The wind, the sky, the steadiness of the land — they do something my nervous system understands without words.

A gentle reminder that we don’t always need to do to regulate.
Sometimes we just need to pause and let ourselves be held.

Just a gentle reminder in case this passed quietly by the first time 🤍

I’m opening a small 6-week online Kundalini Transmission Journey, beginning Thursday 5th February, meeting weekly on Thursday evenings.

This is a calm, grounded space designed to support:
• nervous system regulation
• gentle release
• reconnection to your inner power
• resting rather than striving

There’s nothing you need to prepare or know in advance, and no prior experience is needed. You simply arrive as you are and allow the experience to unfold in its own way.

The group is intentionally small so the space can be held with care and steadiness.

This is a gentle, non-directive energy practice, held lying down where there’s nothing you need to do or know in advance. The focus is on nervous system regulation, release, and allowing your body to soften and respond in its own way.

You don’t need any prior experience — just a willingness to rest and receive.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the space calm and well held.

It’s a quiet, supportive space — not about fixing yourself, but allowing your system to soften, release, and find inner safety again.
