Anxiety in young people doesn’t always look like worry.

Sometimes it looks like:
• Avoiding school
• Tummy aches before social events
• Irritability or shutdown
• Trouble sleeping
• “I don’t feel well” with no clear cause

Anxiety is the body’s alarm system — but sometimes it goes off when we’re not in danger.

Early support can make a huge difference.

If you’re worried about a young person, you’re not alone.

🚩TRIGGER WARNING- Eating Disorders🚩

🌿 Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2026 🌿
This week, we shine a light on something that too often stays hidden in silence.
Eating disorders are not a choice, a phase, or a problem with food — they are serious mental health conditions that deserve understanding, compassion, and proper support.

💛 1 in 6 people will experience disordered eating in their lifetime.
💛 Recovery is possible — and no one should have to walk that path alone.

As we mark , let’s commit to:

✨ Challenging harmful stereotypes
✨ Listening without judgment
✨ Sharing accurate information
✨ Encouraging early, compassionate support
✨ Reminding others (and ourselves) that every body is worthy of care and respect

If you or someone you love is struggling, reaching out is a strength — not a weakness. You deserve support, healing, and hope. Let’s keep the conversation going.

Together, we can create a world where everyone feels safe in their body and supported in their recovery journey. 💚

🎨 Play isn't just fun, it's essential!🎨

This Children’s Mental Health Week, let’s remember that play is a child’s language. Through play, children process emotions, build confidence, and make sense of their world.

Give them space to create, explore, and express themselves freely. It matters more than we realise. 💛

🌈 Children’s Mental Health Week 2026 🌈

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on something incredibly important: children’s mental health. Every child deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued. This is important not just in the big moments, but in the small everyday ones too.

As adults, parents, carers, teachers, and practitioners, we have the power to create spaces where children feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. Sometimes it’s a conversation, sometimes it’s play, and sometimes it’s simply showing up with kindness.

👂 Let’s listen more.
🤝 Let’s connect on a deeper level.
✨ Let’s remind every child that their voice truly matters.

Together, we can help children build confidence and emotional wellbeing — not just this week, but all year long. 🌟

💬 Time to Talk Day 2026 💬

Today is all about starting conversations that matter.

Talking about mental health doesn’t need to be big or serious, sometimes it’s a simple:
“How are you, really?”
-A quiet moment of listening.
-A gentle check‑in that reminds someone they’re not alone.

We all have mental health, and sharing how we feel can lighten the load, reduce stigma, and strengthen the connections that support us.

💬 Let’s make space for honest conversations.
🌈 Let’s listen without judgement.
❤️ Let’s remind each other that every voice and every feeling matters!

However you start the conversation today, it could make a difference.
