We’re thrilled to introduce Jessica, one of our amazing Associate Cognitive Behavioural Therapists here at Purple House Leicester! 🎉

With over 10 years of experience, Jessica has worked with children, adolescents, and families, helping them navigate a variety of challenges including eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, and low mood. She’s passionate about supporting young people in feeling empowered and confident, both online and in-person.

In addition to her work with young people, Jessica also offers remote therapy for adults dealing with anxiety and depression. Whether it's in an inpatient or outpatient setting, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and is skilled in CBT and approaches like DBT, which she tailors to meet the unique needs of each individual, including those with neurodevelopmental conditions.

We’re so lucky to have Jessica as part of our team – she's dedicated, compassionate, and truly cares about making a positive impact on everyone she works with! 💜
