You never know what you are going to find when you explore local footpaths. This was an exciting find on a path between Braunston and Barby. This is another place that would be great for wellbeing in nature sessions.

Another beautiful, local, smile inducing field full of colourful wild flowers. I just love finding things like this. I've only ever seen this field with crops or sheep before. It makes you appreciate that places are different every time you visit. We'll be running through here on Wednesday.

Our last day on the West Highland Way brought our total mileage to 102.33 for the week. Weather was windier and wetter today, but still not terrible. We've had some great encounters on the trail. The dancing hiker today made us smile, and we bumped into him at the end and had a chat. We cheered in our new vegan friend Kelli and a group we named the Thistle group at the end. We made it back in time to get to the vegan cafe which was great. Another awesome adventure challenge completed.

An early start meant we had good weather for the first couple of hours, then light rain for the other four. We set off from Tyndrum and passed snow covered mountains, went up and down hills and over Rannoch Moor, before finishing at Glencoe Ski Station. Another 18 miles done and three-quarters of the way there.
