ELBOW PAIN TREATMENT
Elbow pain through an occupation, sports or hobbies is most common than arthritic elbow joint pain. This is due to repetitive and excessive overload of the tendons around the elbow leads to painful tendinitis. Degenerative arthritis (also is known as osteoarthritis), rheumatoid arthritis or gouty arthritis are the other less common conditions for elbow joint pain.
Occupations involving repetitive use of the wrist and arm muscles are most likely to develop repetitive strain injuries, such as :

Tennis elbow: Pain at the outer side of the elbow.
Golfers elbow: Pain at the inner side of the elbow.
Triceps tendinopathy: Pain over the tip of the elbow.

AVAILABLE TREATMENT OPTIONS
Self-management or a referral to the Physiotherapist/ Chiropractor / Podiatrist.
Ultrasound-guided corticosteroid/steroid /cortisone injections: for faster soft tissue or joint pain relief
Viscosupplementation or Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections.
