As most of my clients know a little baby Hartley is on the way🥰 I have 7 weeks left in clinic before I go on maternity leave so if you wanted to see me before I go, I would advise booking this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Don’t worry if you can’t get an appointment with myself, as Zoe will be continuing to work at the clinic whilst I am off so will be picking up all of my lovely clients🤩

Meet Zoe! Our new Sports Therapist joining PH Sports Therapy😆

Hi! I’m Zoe and I graduated in 2025 with a degree in Sports Therapy at Birmingham City University.

I have been working with Leamington Rugby Club since my final year of university and have continued working with them post-graduation, gaining valuable experience supporting competitive athletes.

Since graduating, I have stepped straight into clinical work, treating a wide range of clients and conditions.

Alongside my work, my personal experience in cheerleading and martial arts has given me first-hand insight into the physical demands of sport, including injury risk, training intensity, and recovery.

Sports therapy isn’t just for athletes. I enjoy helping everyone manage muscle soreness, recover from injury, and move more comfortably.

I look forward to seeing you in clinic!🌟
