In life, we all encounter significant transitions and challenges, and sometimes these changes can bring stress and difficulties. I'd like to share my story with you, hoping it may inspire you, as I have personally experienced a profound transformation in my life. Throughout my life, I have faced the shadow of depression on multiple occasions. Depression often arrives unexpectedly, presenting us with unpredictable challenges. However, in recent years, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, seeking to find my true self. During this process, I serendipitously came across Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. While I was diligently learning and exploring, fate once again presented me with a significant test—I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The news instantly filled me with immense pressure and fear. Fortunately, I had already learned how to cope with such challenges. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helped me calmly accept the diagnosis and enabled me to thoughtfully consider the treatment options ahead. This approach teaches us to focus on problem-solving rather than being overwhelmed by problems. It provides a powerful tool to help us tap into our inner strength and courage when facing life's various challenges. I hope that here, together, we can explore the power of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, helping you find more tranquility, courage, and self-assurance in life. 看到好多人在大推台劇 #不夠善良的我們 ,我也不免俗的搭上這波潮流的列車。這部劇在探討的是在現代忙碌的社會中你我週遭正在發生的大小事。高齡化長照,夫妻、親子、婆媳姑嫂關係,兩性平等,職場上的勾心鬥角以及單身的議題。每個角色都深刻的展現對人性的無奈、無助、孤獨及寂寞感,這些寫實及自然的表達,深深的觸動到我,真實的將大街小巷的故事以及你我內心的糾結銓釋出來。

個人尤其對簡慶芬( #林依晨 飾)及何瑞之 ( #賀軍翔 飾) 感到好心疼,這兩個角色都好努力的去討好及配合他人,卻在不知不覺中忽略了照顧自己,迷失了自我而不自知,而產生了猜疑、犧牲、委屈、焦慮、指責等等的負面情緒,進而影響著自我肯定的價值感。

#簡慶芬 在一次的旁白說道:「我的意識,讓跑道上專注看著前方的我,忍不住望向彼岸的敵人。於是,我絆倒了我自己!」她處心機率的,追求到暗戀的對象,但進入婚姻生活後,現實的挑戰開始浮現出來,因對於生活的不滿足想像出一個假想敵,長期處在不安全感之中,以及對自我的信心不足,,而造就了婚姻中出現的瓶頸。她最終發現,真正的敵人其實是自己。

#何瑞之 在醫院照顧媽媽的獨白道盡了許多男人夾在婆媳之間當三明治的無助及無力,但我認為他以為的為別人好,以為的負責任,實際上並沒有善盡當好溝通的橋樑,也沒有真正的面對他在關係中需要扮演的角色,其實是一種逃避現實及自我的表現。

這些情境以及內心世界其實都是發生在我們生活忙碌的日常生活中,使我們沒有時間放慢腳步審視以及滿足自己的需求,而演變成情緒戰勝了理智,造成誤會以及不諒解的累積。如果 #簡慶芬 找到了自己我肯定的方法,如果 #何瑞之 找到了溝通的方法,或許對於看待同樣事件的角度就會不同了,不是嗎?

好朋友趁著復活節2周的假期全家出國旅遊,安排了狗狗居家保母每天去陪伴Toffee的好友。

狗狗是一隻非常容易焦慮且沒有安全感的狗狗,這幾天,聽狗狗保母說,狗狗不願意出門散步,而且還顯現出極度焦慮的反應,我試圖藉由自己對她的了解希望能夠安撫她的情緒,帶她出門散步。但還是被狗狗拒絕了🙅‍♀️,只好接受狗狗還沒有準備好的事實,改變原訂計劃以滿足狗狗當下的需求為主。

隔天,剛開始時,狗狗還是不願意出門散步,我當下表達出自己堅決的態度,試圖讓狗狗理解,外面的世界正在安全的在運轉中,我們僵持了一會兒,我猜想她感受到我的決心,所以決定往前走一小步,接著再走另一步,就這樣一步步的走,狗狗臉上漸漸的浮現了微笑,我們散步了2小時。

我好為她驕傲,克服焦慮及恐懼感去面對未知的挑戰,是需要非常大的勇氣的。只要你願意踏出第一步,一定會在轉角遇到愛的🧡

Ever had one of those days where work left you completely drained, and all you wanted was a good night's sleep? But as you lay in bed, your mind just won't switch off – it's like a never-ending race that makes unwinding impossible. So, you end up tossing and turning all night, struggling to catch some shut-eye. And even when you manage to nod off, you often wake up in the middle of the night, leaving you feeling more tired than rested when morning rolls around. It's a cycle that keeps repeating – busy days, restless nights, and the fatigue just keeps piling up.

As night approaches, your mind stays active, messing with your sleep even more. This ongoing battle with sleep not only messes up your daily routine but also leaves you feeling more and more dissatisfied, anxious, and just downright frustrated. It's like being stuck in a never-ending loop.

Maybe you've tried all sorts of tricks to get better sleep, but when bedtime comes, a good night's rest still seems out of reach. Ever thought that maybe stress is the culprit, cranking up your anxiety levels? When stress gets too much, your brain goes into protective mode, and that's not great for quality sleep. It keeps you on high alert, constantly checking your surroundings.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is all about guiding you into a super-relaxed state, helping your brain understand that it's safe to chill instead of staying on high alert. When your brain chills out, you can finally slip into a restful state, slowly letting go of all that built-up stress. In this session, think of it like a brain massage – I'll lead you into deep relaxation, easing off the tension and stress. Once you feel safe and comfy, you'll naturally drift into a sweet dreams.

This guided relaxation can greatly benefit you if you make it a part of your nightly routine before bedtime. It serves as a way to condition your brain so that when you hear my voice, it signals bedtime, and your brain gets ready to wind down and rest.
