📢 We’re Hiring – Administration Assistant (Maternity Cover)

📍 Location: First Class Safety Training Academy, 62 Somers Road, Rugby, CV22 7DH

First Class Safety is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with the potential for the role to continue after the maternity leave period.

🕒 Hours: Starting at 2 days per week during the training period, increasing after 13 April 2026.

About First Class Safety:
We are a professional safety training and consultancy provider, delivering high-quality, accredited training and support to businesses and individuals. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day administration tasks
• Booking and coordinating training courses
• Answering the telephone and handling enquiries
• Completing and issuing certificates
• Creating social media posts to support course promotion

About You:
✔ Organised with good attention to detail
✔ Confident communicator
✔ Comfortable using office systems and social media
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks

Even Santa knows the importance of staying alert when the elves are working overtime! 🎁🏭

December is busy, and long shifts, seasonal deadlines, and festive excitement can leave even the most dedicated teams feeling tired 😴. At First Class Safety, we know that mental health and fatigue management are key to keeping everyone safe ⚠️💡.

🔹 Fatigue in shift workers – tired operators are more prone to mistakes. Like Santa checking his list twice 📝, encourage breaks 🛑 and task rotations 🔄 to keep energy up.

🕯️ National Workplace Day of Remembrance — 12 December 2025

Today, we pause to honour every worker whose life was lost or forever changed in workplace incidents. In the warehousing and logistics sector, safety isn’t just a policy — it’s a responsibility we carry for every colleague who walks through our doors.

Warehouses are the backbone of so many industries, and the pace, pressure, and physical demands of our work remind us daily why safety must come first. On this National Workplace Day of Remembrance, we reflect on those who never made it home and recommit ourselves to creating environments where every worker feels protected, valued, and empowered to speak up.

Let today be more than a moment of silence — let it be a renewed promise.
A promise to look out for one another.
A promise to address risks before they become incidents.
And a promise to ensure that every warehouse worker finishes their shift safely.
