Last Monday I managed to break my arm near my elbow.
This means I won't be able to massage for a while 🫣
They are talking about the recovery needing about 6 weeks... 😱
So I am afraid I won't be able to massage you for a while.
Really sorry about that.

I will be going to this net week (Am seeing James for my PT sessions anyway).
This morning could be a great introduction to meet him and get a feel for how he works.

Having grown up in the Warwick and leamington community, it is deeply important to me that I change this.

Recent research has found exercise to be 1.5 times more effective at treating depression, stress and anxiety than medication or therapy, Yet only 13% of Brits exercise regularly.

To me this suggests that there are many hidden barriers to exercise that are currently blocking you from achieving the health goals you often think about.

That’s why on Saturday 26th April 2025, I’m hosting my
Second Mental Health & Exercise Festival, which you can get access to, for free!

MHEC-Fest is a free fitness festival that takes place all over the UK (last year we went live in over 20 locations!), and this year you can attend MEC Fest at Squab Hall farm Leamington spa.
This free exercise festival has been created in order to help more people take up exercise than ever before.

Confidence, a newfound purpose and a new relationship with exercise are guarantee by-products of you attending and MHEC- Fest, so you can make 2025 the year you finally FEEL like you again.
