Slimming World Rugby with Fiona Our fab Slimming World group meets every Wednesday 5.30pm and 7pm United Reformed Church, new members always welcome For more info Fiona 07876450362

A warm welcome waits you when you that that all important step through our door. No judgement or humiliation just understanding and friendship. Our group is much more than a weight loss plan, we are there to believe in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. Whether you would like to lose half a stone or 10 stone, I believe that you can do it. Our group will be there to support, inspire, motivate and most importantly, help you have that belief that you can do whatever you set out to achieve. Our sessions are at 5.30pm and 7pm, weigh in is for first 30 mins then 40 minutes image therapy (helping members put plans in place for next 7 days). Research from Slimming World’s Health & Wellbeing Study found that members cook from scratch more and eat less takeaways than the general population!

This leaves members more in control of their food choices and their budget ⚖️💰!

FREE RECIPE! 📖👩‍🍳

Are you a fan of fuss-free mealtimes? This simple meal is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Eat foods you and your family will love, save money AND lose weight? Yes, you can with Slimming World!

😋 SMOKY RATATOUILLE PASTA 😋

Ingredients:
🌟 500g fresh or frozen mixed Mediterranean vegetables (no added oil)
🌟 Low-calorie cooking spray
🌟 2 tsp smoked paprika
🌟 500g passata with garlic
🌟 400g dried pasta shapes (we chose conchiglie)
🌟 Small pack fresh basil

Method:
1. Warm up your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.

2. Put the vegetables in a deep non-stick roasting tin and spray with low-calorie cooking spray, then sprinkle over the paprika and season lightly. Roast for 25 minutes, then pour in the passata and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

3. At the same time, cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and drain.

4. Take the tin out of the oven and transfer half of the veg to a food processor. Add most of the basil to the food processor and blitz to make a smooth sauce.
5. Combine the pasta, veggies and sauce and check the seasoning. Divide between bowls and scatter over the rest of the basil leaves to serve xx
