Are you a runner who is frustrated with always having niggles or pain when you run? Or perhaps you’re training for an event and you want to reduce the risk of injury? This small group session is for you! Led by a physiotherapist you will start with a warm up based on Pilates and finish with a strength and conditioning circuit. There will be a maximum of 7 people so a personal experience is guaranteed! The session will be on Friday mornings at 8.45am. Get in touch for more information. We are looking forward to meeting you!
