Hypnotherapy is one of my favourite therapies with so many benefits so I thought I’d talk a little more about this wonderful therapy.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic tool that helps us to access our subconscious mind which governs 90% of eveything that we do on a daily basis, this incredibly clever part of our brain also stores all of our memories positive and negative which we can only access during hypnosis, I very often refer to this as our map of our inner world.
During hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes more open to positive change, making it easier to shift unhelpful habits, thoughts, and emotional patterns with gentleness never force.
Hypnotherapy can support in so many ways by reducing fears, phobias, stress and anxiety, improving sleep, building confidence, managing pain, and changing behaviours, habits, patterns, helping to support clients with trauma, ptsd and so much more.
It works by helping our subconscious mind create new, healthier responses while calming the nervous system and allowing space to release and free ourselves with ease.
Despite some common myths, hypnosis isn’t about losing control you remain aware and in control throughout the process.
Instead, it simply helps quiet the busy mind so meaningful and long lasting positive changes can flow more easily.
Along with so many life changing benefits it really is a very relaxing therapy bringing inner peace and calm.
