Due to popular demand (you asked, we listened!) we now have two additional Fundamentals classes starting this week at 6pm on Wednesday evenings and at 1pm on Saturdays. Can’t wait to welcome you along 🙏🏻

One of our most popular classes. Take your reformer journey at a steady pace while you learn postures and how to adjust the reformer. Great for beginners and those new to exercise or coming back from injury.
It is not essential to join at Fundamentals level if you’re new to reformer, especially if you have a movement practice already.

Our timetable for 2025 ✨ Happy New Year all!
Join us on the mat or reformer up to 14 times per week 👀
No experience necessary and everybody is welcome. We have 4 reformers so the class is small and comfortable - you will never be left unsure of what to do and exercises can be modified for the level of challenge you feel like on the day. 3 different types of classes are available so you can join whichever you fancy.
Classes are all available PAYG and bookable online at thewellnest.co.uk or on the LegitFit App

Reformer Pilates is for every body 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ We want to help you feel the best version of you in 2025. The you that feels strong, mobile, flexible, healthy and confident. Pilates is a well-being journey - calming and focusing your mind and creating a healthy body for your future.
Join us on the mat or the reformer Tuesday to Saturday. We have 14 classes per week and there is something for everybody. Everyone is welcome!

✨Join us ✨ We are looking for yoga teachers to join The Well Nest. We are looking for new classes and workshops, teachers to take over existing classes and cover teachers. If you think you have something to offer at The Well Nest please get in touch. The studio is open Tuesday - Saturday and we’re looking for teachers who are available in the daytime and/or evening.
