What is KORE? Who can have treatment? Optimization.

KORE is a combination of Eastern and Western Therapies, which assesses and treats the root cause of problems and doesn't just focus on where the pain is. Therapy works to release and mobilise the whole body, making sure that the structure of the body is working to your bodies optimum. Treatment is suitable for any age, this includes children and babies. As all treatments are tailored to individuals needs. What does KORE stand for? KORE - Kinaesthetic. Recovery. Enhancement

Why GLOW? Therapy at GLOW treats and balances the body and mind. Relieves illness, pain and helps with stress. Treatment is client centred, to make you glow again. Our therapists have had their own battles with illnesses and found KORE therapy, which changed their lives. GLOW's aim is to help others the way they were helped. What can we treat? We treat an array of different conditions! Common conditions we see in clinic:
• Whiplash (neck restrictions)
• Digestive problems (i.e. IBS, constipation)
• Frozen shoulder
• Chronic illnesses (i.e. MS, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia
• Insomina
• Migraines/headaches
• Sports injuries
• And much more......

What to wear for treatment? Wear what is comfortable for you however we do recommend that you avoid wearing dresses, skirts and sports bras. What is in a treatment session? First we have a consultation about your health. Treatment starts with a series of muscle tests, which gives the therapist important information about issues and imbalances, helping to find the root cause of problems. Then we begin to treat the issues and imbalances found, using gentle release techniques on the bodies structure. Moving and stretching of the arms, legs and neck, if needed we add in additional techniques such as fire cupping, Amno Fu and Cranial. How is this therapy different to others therapies such as a chiropractor? Treatment is about releasing the body through gentle release technique, we look at the body as a whole not just at one area. The body is all connected so we look for the root cause of problems. Treatment is enjoyable and shouldn't be painful. Any other questions please feel free to call or message 🙂

✨ Exciting News ✨

Some of you may remember that for over 5 years I dedicated my time to supporting people living with chronic illness, ongoing pain, and injuries. It was such meaningful work, and I truly loved walking alongside so many of you on your health journeys.

Due to the cost of living crisis and insurance costs, I had to step back for a while. But recently, I’ve had a few people reach out asking if I might start again… and it got me thinking 💭

So I’d love to ask:

Hello All

It with great sadness that I am closing the business down. With yearly fees rising, cost of living meaning less people can afford to book and now that I have RSI in my wrist, I had to make the hard decision.

I will be shutting the phone number down shortly but will leave this page open if anyone would like referrals or any help in the meantime.

Just like to say a massive thank you for keeping me going for more than 5 years, your support has been everything.

Corporate discounts

Due to recent events, I am now able to take on more corporate clients. If your company has 5 or more employees interested in treatments get in touch to discuss discounts and get a formal email sent to yourselves.

We previously helped companies with emergency appointments, where we treat first thing to sort staff symptoms so they can go into work that day instead of calling in sick. We also helped long term sickness by decreasing the time off and helping with the anxiety of returning to work some staff can have.

So if you want to keep staff sickness low and help staff retention with employee incentives get in touch.

Taster sessions available

I understand £45 is a lot of money to splash out on a not well known treatment that's why taster sessions are available

Complete medical forms, have tests to find roots causes to symptoms and have a bit of treatment. Oh not to mention the re test to show you have improved.

30 mins for £10

Terms and Conditions
1. This applies to existing bookings, existing clients and new clients.
2. Cash and direct bank transfer only so I don't have to pay card machine prices on top of the discount.
3. Any friend referrals gaining £10 off won't be taken off during September but in the next month you come.
4. Loyalty programme won't be running during September
4. 24 hour late cancellation fee applies of £10
5. If you having multiple bookings and you no show the rest of the appointments will automatically be cancelled

Coming in next couple of weeks - new depression treatment!

You asked for help between treatments, this could be for you.

First come, first served, as I don't have enough for everyone on my books with depression.

Can be used in treatment and rented out to use between treatments or you can buy off me cheaper than direct.

Also I can follow your progress on my platform on how your doing on the app and advise accordingly.

In treatment an extra £5

To rent for current clients £60 a month (including enough pads) - £79 online without pads

To buy £290 (including 6 weeks worth of pads) - £399 online

Pads £15 for 2 months worth

So technology has got me again, I have stupidly managed to change all Wednesday 11.30am appointments to the same client.

If you are booked in on a Wednesday at 11.30 please can you let me know so I can get the dairy right again otherwise I won't be able to book anyone in that slot until June just in case I double book

So following my post about soy and stomach problems, I have been full with people with stomach issues.

However I'm glad to be helping you and that your so happy with the results.

This person came to me with a stomach problem, we found out it was lactose as well as other things so treated this person with a stomach massage. I treated this person on a Wednesday and got this message on the Friday.

(Please not stomach massages aren't weight loss massages, this person came to me with a medical problem)

What is hip repattern?

A hip repattern is a pain free, gentle release and correction of the pelvis and lower spine. Its done by you having a relax, while I the therapist move your legs about. All you will feel is the inside of your thigh having a stretch and the opposite hip moving about to the leg I'm moving.
