Hello All

It with great sadness that I am closing the business down. With yearly fees rising, cost of living meaning less people can afford to book and now that I have RSI in my wrist, I had to make the hard decision.

I will be shutting the phone number down shortly but will leave this page open if anyone would like referrals or any help in the meantime.

Just like to say a massive thank you for keeping me going for more than 5 years, your support has been everything.

Corporate discounts

Due to recent events, I am now able to take on more corporate clients. If your company has 5 or more employees interested in treatments get in touch to discuss discounts and get a formal email sent to yourselves.

We previously helped companies with emergency appointments, where we treat first thing to sort staff symptoms so they can go into work that day instead of calling in sick. We also helped long term sickness by decreasing the time off and helping with the anxiety of returning to work some staff can have.

So if you want to keep staff sickness low and help staff retention with employee incentives get in touch.

Taster sessions available

I understand £45 is a lot of money to splash out on a not well known treatment that's why taster sessions are available

Complete medical forms, have tests to find roots causes to symptoms and have a bit of treatment. Oh not to mention the re test to show you have improved.

30 mins for £10

(Usually a 30 minute session costs £25)

Coming in next couple of weeks - new depression treatment!

You asked for help between treatments, this could be for you.

First come, first served, as I don't have enough for everyone on my books with depression.

Can be used in treatment and rented out to use between treatments or you can buy off me cheaper than direct.

Also I can follow your progress on my platform on how your doing on the app and advise accordingly.

In treatment an extra £5

To rent for current clients £60 a month (including enough pads) - £79 online without pads

To buy £290 (including 6 weeks worth of pads) - £399 online

Pads £15 for 2 months worth

Help needed!!

So technology has got me again, I have stupidly managed to change all Wednesday 11.30am appointments to the same client.

If you are booked in on a Wednesday at 11.30 please can you let me know so I can get the dairy right again otherwise I won't be able to book anyone in that slot until June just in case I double book

So following my post about soy and stomach problems, I have been full with people with stomach issues.

However I'm glad to be helping you and that your so happy with the results.

This person came to me with a stomach problem, we found out it was lactose as well as other things so treated this person with a stomach massage. I treated this person on a Wednesday and got this message on the Friday.

(Please not stomach massages aren't weight loss massages, this person came to me with a medical problem)

What is hip repattern?

A hip repattern is a pain free, gentle release and correction of the pelvis and lower spine. Its done by you having a relax, while I the therapist move your legs about. All you will feel is the inside of your thigh having a stretch and the opposite hip moving about to the leg I'm moving.

The day a consultant listens and agrees with me is a great day!!!

The last week or so I have been doing lots of work for clients where they don't feel like they are getting support from doctors or consultants.

One recent client had been to the doctor regarding a painful lump in her neck. Obviously a lump is always worrying but also no one wants to be in constant pain. Doctor came back with its just muscular and to rest up. Not very helpful. After complaining and getting to see a consultant, he agreed to a scan but not on the area that was needed.

She then came to me, after some testing we worked out her adrenals were out of line so worked on neck and stomach.

Next session the pain had gone but lump was still there. But the scan results on the lump had come back and it didn't show anything, so along with other treatments I cupped the lump as I knew it was safe too.

Next session no lump, no pain! She had also seen consultant again, explained what I had done/ said and had another scan based on my findings. She showed me the doctors letter which showed the cause was adrenals!!! She now has tablets to support my treatments so we can get this sorted!

We never follow pain and look at the body as a whole, which is why we was able to work out the root cause of the pain.

Food testing

So never off the clock, had friends round this weekend. One of them had been to the pharmacist as had an allergic reaction to get some antihistamines. Great he's got treatment but doesn't know what the allergy is too, so how does he protect himself?

He said he hadn't had anything out the ordinary, had their usually pesto chicken so couldn't be that. I explained a lot of jar foods have had to have ingredients changed due to shortages of flour etc. But then it came out they couldn't get their normal pesto so went for reduced fat. I explained reduced fat usually then has more addictives to bulk it up as such.

After testing we worked out it was soybean oil. On checking the ingredients this wasn't in their usual jar but in the reduced fat jar.

I do food testing in clinic a lot to help those with bloating/ IBS to work out root causes so they can avoid those foods. Then a stomach massage to get their system back to working in a healthier manner.
