Cupping Therapy - Your questions answered✨

✅ What does it do? It effectively promotes blood circulation, alleviating muscle tension and reducing pain, making it popular among athletes and those with chronic pain conditions. Additionally, cupping can enhance lymphatic drainage, support detoxification, and improve skin health by stimulating collagen production. Beyond physical benefits, the therapy often induces a state of relaxation, helping to relieve stress and anxiety while promoting a sense of overall balance and vitality.

🩸What are those dark circles? The marks result from the suction effect of the cups, which draws blood and fluids to the surface of the skin, causing minor bleeding under the skin.

🟣 How long do these marks last? While these dark circles can be alarming, they typically fade within a few days to a week.

🤕 Does it hurt? Not at all, when the cups initially go on they may feel tight, but certainly causes no pain.

We completed the National Three Peaks! Ben Nevis - Scafell Pike - Snowdon🏔️

We are thrilled to announce that Jade & David completed the National Three Peaks! Unfortunately we did not complete the challenge in 24 hours (I am certain David would’ve completed it in this time, however he held back and waited for myself)✨

What an experience - never hiked in my life, to achieving this in an estimated time of 26 hours and 30 minutes. Not to mention in torrential rain, high winds and poor visibility💨 Coming down Scafell Pike in the dark battered and bruised me, the winds blew me over several times, slipped on rocks - a lot of tears were shed that night, but somehow I pushed through, despite wanting to give up so many times!🌧️

A HUGE thank you to David Till for supporting me through Ben Nevis, Eddy Flint for helping me through Scafell Pike and David Hutchinson for sacrificing his own challenge at Scafell Pike and Snowdon to support me through mine - you are all incredible💚

James Lewis thank you so much for this (I want to say amazing?) experience😂 All jokes aside it was all for incredible cause - The David Lewis Foundation in aid of St Giles Hospice, and certainly worth every second! A huge WELL DONE to everyone who took part, and THANK YOU to the incredible drivers!👏🏼
