At the end of 2025 my sister & I decided to both quit our 9-5’s in London & book a one way ticket to the other side of the world ✈️

We have both alwaysss wanted to travel, so we gave each other the nudge before we got too caught up in the corporate life & on New Years Eve landed in Vietnam to start our adventures with a rough idea & rough timing…who knows where we are going to end up! 🌍

The 9 areas of Vietnam visited (& that I highly recommend!!) 🇻🇳

- Ninh Binh: For a chilled few days on little boats & cycling around

- Hà Giang: Doing the 4 day Ha Giang Loop for an adventure like no other!

- Hà Nội: To sip coconut coffee & embrace the madness of Vietnamese life

- Ha Long Bay: Experience one of the 7 natural wonders of the world

- Huê: Incredible culture & architecture at the Imperial City

- Da Nang: The Vietnamese ‘Disneyland’ & the beach strip as the ‘Miami of Vietnam’

- Hoi An: The coconut village, lantern boats, tailors, good food - the town that has it all!

- Da Lat: Off the beaten track slightly for a little fun living the Mario Kart life & walking through giant sculptures, also some great food spots in the centre

- Ho Chi Minh: The modern Vietnam - experience local food & great bars. Walk through book street & also the best historical experiences in the country!

Why Ninh Binh should be a must on your trip to Vietnam! 📌

It is the perfect relaxing little town with lovely spots to sit & sip your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the river, to cycle along the almost-empty streets through the rice fields & so much more 🌾
