A Member of our amazing group here on a Saturday morning in Rumney Chapel.

A busy Mum, Nan and manager of a care home she always put others first. Struggling with Knee pain last year enough was enough and she made the choice to change.

Kerry became our first Target Member of 2026 yesterday. A huge well done from all of us

Losing just over 2 Stone her new life has begun as a target Member

DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER
It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining this SW group this or next week.
And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".
These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in our, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world).
So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2026 could be the year of your life! Let's do this 💪

Meet our very own Shella.

Im writing this post today as she is currently in Mauritius on the Eve of her wedding where she is going marry her Fiancé Neil.

I know we can't wait to see the live feed tomorrow, we can't be there in person but certainly in spirit with you x

When the date was set the other members just knew they wanted to hold a special hen party for her and what fun it was ✨️❤️✨️
