We’re back this half term with three action-packed days of fun, fitness, and friendship at Palacefields Primary School 🏫

📆 Tuesday 28th – Thursday 30th October
🕘 9am – 3pm
🤸‍♂️ Games, sports, creative challenges, performing arts, and Halloween-themed fun!

My Sleep Health - What’ve we been to…ℹ️

After launching My Sleep Health one month ago, there has been plenty of development work going on under the radar:

✅ Treatment pathways for autism and sleep disturbance and ADHD and sleep disturbance.

✅ Admin around company formation, banking, accounting is complete.

✅ Meetings and collaboration sessions with some of the finest medical minds in the country.

✅ App prototype reviewing with Liverpool University.

✅ Learning from ongoing sleep clinics, and moving the learning into digital readiness.

Over the next few weeks there’s lots more learning to follow, and shortly we’ll be reaching out for potential testers….

Teenagers who want a way to get fitter, stronger, and have fun with others, welcome to Teen Gym 🏋🏋

We are open weekly for young people and teenagers who want to make fitness part of their weekly routine, who want to learn the correct techniques and who want to do something different during the week.

❌ Tuesday is sold out – but spaces remain on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

We launched My Sleep Health last month, a partnership working with Liverpool University with Sean being seconded into Citizen First LCR to bring this concept to life.

This really is the sleep treatment of the future, with AI guiding personalised treatment as the technology works with its user.
