Runcorn Easter Half Term - Book Now ✅ℹ️

Our Easter half term programme across Runcorn is available to book with activities for all ages.

🎾🏹 At Palacefields we have our usual health and wellbeing themed sessions, including sports, performing arts, creativity and problem solving.

📍 Ages 4-11: Palacefields Primary School

📅 Dates: Mon 30th March – Thur 2nd April
⏰ Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm each day

🥊🏋🏻‍♀️ For Teens we have strength and conditioning, football, boxing, pool, darts and table tennis.

📍 Ages 11+: Studio Two, The Heath Gym

📆 Dates: Tue 31st March – Thur 2nd April
📆 Dates: Tue 7th – Thur 9th April
⏰ Time: 12 noon – 4:00pm each day

Sessions for the Week 👇🏻👇🏻

Our final week before we switch to our half term schedule, with lots of sessions and activities available throughout the next five days.

Alongside our regular fixed sessions this week, we have lots of alternate provision available with EmpowerED sessions at The Heath and SELF resilience sessions in Leigh. Both programmes supporting young people in creating structure, confidence and practical skills around health, fitness and lifestyle.

Here’s what’s coming up ⬇️

📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🏋️‍♂️ A supportive gym environment where teens can build strength, confidence and positive habits. No experience needed — just turn up and give it a go.

📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build lasting fitness. Suitable for all abilities.

📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A calming, gentle flow with Shona — perfect for releasing tension, stretching out and resetting for the week ahead.

📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸‍♀️ Active, engaging sessions that keep children moving, learning and having fun once the school day ends.

📍 EmpowerED – Studio Two
📆 Weds • 12–2pm
🎯 A structured programme helping young people build confidence, routine and practical coaching skills around exercise and healthy lifestyles.

📍 SEND Family Gym (Sleep Study) – Studio Two
📆 Thurs • 4pm
💛 An inclusive family session combining movement, connection and wellbeing — supporting confidence and better sleep for SEND families.

Easter Half Term Camps – Book Your Space Now 🐣⚽🎨

Easter holidays are somehow almost here….. and our Easter Half Term Activity Camps are now open for booking across Chester, Widnes and Runcorn.

Over five years ago we had the idea of developing high quality and enriching half term camps that directly drive wellbeing and that is exactly what they continue to do.

Spaces are already starting to fill, so we encourage families to secure their place early.

Health, Exercise & Fitness Sessions 🧘🏋🏻‍♀️

We have fully funded weekly opportunities for people to take part in regular exercise regardless of age, ability or experience ✅✅

📍Each Monday, 3.30pm we have Simple Yoga at The Heath Gym, Runcorn, light flow, basic poses and holds, suitable for both the newcomer and those with experience.

📍 Small group strength training sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30pm at Studio Two, The Heath Gym, Runcorn.

Whether you are new to fitness or weights, or experienced in the gym, these sessions will improve your lifting.

Spaces are now very limited and go quickly, so please book early ⬇️⬇️

😴 Our sleep clinics are a big focus this week.
If you or your child are struggling with sleep; difficulty falling asleep, poor routines, tired mornings, or disrupted nights, these personalised sessions are designed to help.

Through practical and personalised interventions, we help you improve sleep, build energy, and stabilise routine.

Referral or self-referral welcome.
