Another full week ahead with sessions focused on movement, strength, lifestyle, and sleep support with all sessions delivered to help individuals and families improve.
Alongside our regular sessions this week, we’re running EmpowerED, our programme supporting young people not in school, training or work, to build structure, confidence and practical skills around health, fitness and lifestyle.

📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🏋️♂️ A supportive gym environment where teens can build strength, confidence and positive habits. No experience needed — just turn up and give it a go.
📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build lasting fitness. Suitable for all abilities.
📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A calming, gentle flow with Shona — perfect for releasing tension, stretching out and resetting for the week ahead.
📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸♀️ Active, engaging sessions that keep children moving, learning and having fun once the school day ends.

😴 Our sleep clinics are a big focus this week.
If you or your child are struggling with sleep; difficulty falling asleep, poor routines, tired mornings, or disrupted nights, these personalised sessions are designed to help.
Through practical and personalised interventions, we help you improve sleep, build energy, and stabilise routine.
