Activities and Sessions this Week 🏋️❤️👇🏻😴
We have a repeat of last week across all of our sessions, with Teen Gym Runcorn and Chester moving into their second week, alongside another packed week of activities, sessions and programmes to help improve health, fitness, sleep and more.
For adults, starting the week with Simple Yoga, is an incredible way to get the week off to a flying start, for young people and teenagers, we have spaces at Teen Gym Runcorn on Tuesday and Thursday.....

📍 Teen Gym – Studio Two & Queens Park
📆 Tues, Weds & Thurs • 5pm
🏋️♂️ Coached gym sessions for teenagers, providing alternate evening activity.
📍 Adult Strength Training – Studio Two
📆 Tue & Thurs • 6:30pm
🔥 Fully coached strength sessions for adults of all abilities.
📍 Simple Yoga – The Heath
📆 Mon • 3:30pm
🧘 A calming, gentle flow with Shona, perfect for releasing tension.
📍 After School Club – Palacefields
📆 Mon–Fri • 3:15–4:15pm
🤸♀️ Active, engaging sessions that keep children moving after school.
📍 EmpowerED – Studio Two
📆 Weds • 12–2pm
🎯 Structured programme helping young people build practical coaching skills.
📍 1–1 Sleep Clinics – Studio Two
📆 Ongoing • 11am–4:30pm
😴 1-1 sleep clinics by appointment only.
