With Valentine’s Day coming up, don’t forget the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself - Below is a simple but beautiful candle ritual you can perform to tap in with your inner self love & compassion 🩷

Simple Self-Love Candle Ritual 🕯️

What You Need:

A pink candle
A few dried rose petals (optional)
Rose quartz (optional — but not required)

🌿 Step 1: Settle
Sit comfortably. Take 3 slow breaths.
Place your hand over your heart and say quietly:
“I am safe with myself.”
Sprinkle a few rose petals around the candle if you’d like.

🔥 Step 2: Light the Candle
As you light it, say:
“This flame represents the love I choose to give myself.”
Look at the flame for a few moments. Let your nervous system settle.

💗 Step 3: Speak Your Intention
Say slowly:
“I release the belief that I am not enough.
I am worthy of gentle, steady love.
I choose to treat myself with kindness.”
If that feels like too much, even just repeat:
“I am learning to love myself.”

🌙 Step 4: Close Gently
Place your hand over your heart again.
