Each written by me based on the scripts I use daily to relax and improve my mindset.

I firmly believe that a calm mind is indeed our greatest weapon. You are a skilled and resourceful person but sometimes a worried mind forgets that and catastrophic thinking takes hold.

Taking 5 minutes to relax- a breathing technique, journal it out your head, a little tapping. Can make the world of difference.

A clear perspective on the challenge ahead.

Chakra System processes energy entering/ leaving the body as well as up and down through various levels

The Meridian System an intricate network that distributes Chi throughout the body.

Happy Monday! I firmly believe that a calm mind is indeed our greatest weapon. You are a skilled and resourceful person but sometimes a worried mind forgets that and catastrophic thinking takes hold (I say that from my own personal anxiety pattern).

I am Karen. My mission with Fearless and Free is to help and support women rediscover themselves after trauma, know there is always hope and share my tried and tested techniques for anxiety management.

Here's a little about my journey with anxiety I have always had anxiety from childhood but it wasn't diagnosed until a set of circumstances - all within 2 years- brought me to my rock bottom
