🌟 I am delighted to share a new little additional service I am adding to my Sound Bath sessions🌟

I have been experimenting for a while with essential oils to come up with what I feel is the best combination for both a "relax" and "revive" room/pillow/clothes spray, I hope you like them as much as I do! (testers are available at my sessions)

Lots of my regular clients have asked about the Palo Santo I use at the beginning of each session, and how much they love the smell, and how it really gets them into that relaxed mindset. So I have made up some little bundles of this too for you to try at home.

I have also added a few other goodies (sage and starter crystal sets) to help with clearing stagnant energy either around your home, in your car or even to pop in your pocket and carry around with you.

It was wonderful to be back in Shaw for a Sold Out Sound Bath this evening, a closed m62 isn’t quite what I had hoped for on the way home when trying to get back to Huddersfield ahead of the snow. Luckily I have my BIG coat, a hot chocolate and Jamie Arthur Pickup to keep me company for the next couple of hours 😂
