Some wonderful feedback from one of my clients who suffers with Fibromyalgia. She is an amazing lady that shows commitment to her health and wellbeing, and prioritises getting to Sound Therapy and Breathwork sessions regularly. Look at the improvements she has experienced.....

An amazing evening, hosting a charity Soundbath for the wonderful Gwennie's Getaways in Slaithwaite. Thank you to all that came and supported the event and helped raise some much needed funds to help continue the work that this local charity does supporting families living with Dementia.

This Wednesday, if any of my regular Sunday Huddersfield clients fancy a mid week Sound session, would be lovely to see you, and help raise some funds for an amazing local charity.

We are holding a Tranquil, Immersive, Therapeutic Sound Bath Healing fundraiser at The Watershed, 22 Bridge Street, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5JN on Wednesday 13th May 6.30pm until 8.30pm

People that Sound Therapy isn't suitable for:
Women in First Trimester of pregnancy or anyone with unmanaged Serious mental Health conditions

For the session people will need to bring:
A Yoga/Exercise Mat
Something to drink
A pillow and blanket
Wear comfy clothes
