To all our patients

Thank you for being supportive and understanding during this time. The government yesterday announced that dentists are able to open on the 8th June. However, treatments are still restricted and the correct ppe needs to be put in place. We are working very hard behind the scenes and still awaiting further guidance from the government. Patients’ safety and welfare is our main priority.

We anticipate a phased return back to normal. We appreciate and thank you for your patience and will be in touch.

Hi everyone

Hope you are keeping safe during these challenging times. We are a phone call away if you have any problems. Unfortunately we are still unable to carry out any face to face consultations as per government guidelines, but we will do our very best to help wherever we can.

It is frustrating for all of us but hopefully this will pass quickly and we can return to normal.

Hope everyone is staying safe! At present time we are not allowed to do any face to face consultations. We currently provide a telephone triage for emergencies and are working with local dentists to set up remote clinics to treat urgent cases.

COVID-19 UPDATE

To all our patients and friends of Pelsall Lane Dental Practice.

Our team has always worked tirelessly to keep our practice clean and the environment safe for you.

In addition to our usual scrupulous cross infection control measure, we have been paying particular close attention to all government guidance and updates related more specifically to Covid-19.

Given the unprecedented situation in the uK regarding the rapidly spreading Covid-19 virus, we feel we must use our own clinical judgement and act in the best interest of our patients and staff.

We feel it is essential that we do our part to reduce the spread of this virus, and so, it is with very heavy hearts, that we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend all routine examinations and treatment. We will of course keep you updated with the latest information on our website www.pelsalllanedentalpractice.co.uk

Looking after the health of our patients is our absolute priority and so we will be operating an Emergency Telephone Consultation service for our patients who have urgent pain or swelling during this period. If you urgently need assistance, please contact us on 01922 640554 and follow the instructions on the recorded message.

As a team, we are doing everything we possibly can to remain fit, well and able to work so that we can continue our usual high standard of dental care for you when we return .

‼️‼️‼️ COVID 19 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ‼️‼️‼️

Pelsall Lane Dental Practice will be open as usual at the moment, however we are limited to what treatment we are able to provide, so may have to delay some planned treatment until further notice.

We as a team continue to work hard at maintaining health and safety by adhering to all guidelines issued to us from the British Dental Association and Public Health England.
The health and safety of our patients, staff, family and friends are paramount. With this in mind, we would like to inform you all of a few steps to help stop the spread of this virus while we continue to provide a dental service.

If you have a cough, high temperature or feel unwell, please call the practice to reschedule your appointment. If you are unwell but require urgent dental care please call us and we will advise you on this. This applies if you have been in contact with someone with these symptoms.

Where possible please come alone or with one family member or friend. We are also spacing out appointments to help patients with social distancing.

Each patient is encouraged to make their own decision about attending for their dental appointment and please know that we will be supportive of whatever decision you feel is best for the safety of you and your family.
