During a recent communication i was reminded that sometimes we have to forgive and when we forgive we not only move on in our lifetime but those that we forgive who have passed on to the spirit realms can also move on there, forgiveness can let go of holding on to unneeded negativity as what happened in the past cannot be undone so to whomever this resonates with..forgive and heal and always look ahead🥰🙏💕

So it’s been a whole year since I made this page so I just wanted to say “How grateful I am to those supporting me”, I know there hasn’t been much activity on here but that doesn’t mean to say there hasn’t been off social media..for those that know I am also an upcoming fledgling platform medium for which my priorities have been concentrating on achieving this purpose, I am grateful to have a couple of great mentors and will be combining my mediumship with my healing abilities so welcome what lays ahead on my spiritual journey so once again “ Thank you to those who support me with good intentions..I appreciate your continued support”.

And it reminded me
That good things take time to come to fruition
And grow slowly with stability

Peace visited me
And it reminded me
That I may remain calm through the storms of life
Regardless of the chaos surrounding me

Hope visited me
And it reminded me
That better times lay ahead
And it would always be there to guide and uplift me

Humility visited me
And it reminded me
That I may achieve it
Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me
And it reminded me
To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself
And those surrounding me

Confidence visited me
And it reminded me
To not conceal or suppress my gifts and talents
In order to make others feel more comfortable
But to embrace what makes me me

Focus visited me
And it reminded me
That other people’s insecurities and judgements about me
Are not my problem
And I should redirect my attention
From others back to me

Freedom visited me
And it reminded me
That no one has control over my mindset, thoughts and wellbeing
But me

And love visited me
And it reminded me
That I need not search for it in others
As it lies within me.
