✨ Today’s the day! ✨

I can finally share Ray’s incredible 11½st transformation with the world, and honestly, I’m grinning from ear to ear (with a few emotional moments in between!) every time I think about how far Ray’s come. Ray attends one of my groups and when I say I’m proud it’s a massive understatement.
I’m so excited to share his journey with you, because this is what real results look like. It’s not just the physical change – but the confidence, the courage, and the spark that’s come alive in him.

Thinking of joining Slimming World?

Look at the difference it’s made to my fabulous member Emma 🥰

“I joined Leanne’s Slimming World group with my husband on the 14th August 2024……for the 3rd and final time !!
Having been at target many years ago (and due to not staying at group when I reached it) I put all the weight (and some extra) back on.
The catalyst for the return was when me and my hubby went on holiday, and I had to squeeze myself into the seat and we couldn’t even put the arm rest down inbetween us !
The cabin crew were really kind about it but it was humiliating 😞
Now one year on I am still at target achieving a weight loss of just over 3 stone (by 26th March) and staying to group - who have now become friends also ❤️
Holiday time again last January was a different picture. I was confident enough to wear a 👙bikini
And we even managed to negotiate not paying for excess weight on our suitcases as we pointed out that between my husband and I, we had lost over 10st in weight.
I still cook wholesome family favourite meals such as spaghetti bolognese, lasagne and cottage pie and never feel hungry or deprived.”

Don’t wait another week, be brave and take the first step to a happier and healthier you. Your future self will thank you for making that genius decision. 😍

I’m very proud to introduce you to Jaiye 🥰 Another fabulous member who walked through my door.

Jaiye attends one of my sessions and has achieved so much without feeling hungry or deprived.😊

Slimming world isn’t just about the number on the scales, it’s about
the transformation, both physically and mentally. It’s about the friends and family and the journey.

Be more like Jaiye 😍 Here’s what Jaiye had to say:

“I used to spend hours at the gym, in the hope of losing weight. Then a friend introduced me to slimming world. At first, I was sceptical but that soon changed because of all the delicious foods you can eat. Nothing is off limits. I love the fact that you can still eat all the foods you enjoy and still lose weight. I have lost almost 2 ½ stone in total since becoming a member. The group is amazingly supportive and great fun, providing lots of ideas and tips for staying on plan. Joining Slimming World was the best decision as I am now almost at my target weight. Thank you Slimming World”

Look at the amazing Lucy below. Losing weight consistently, never feeling hungry or deprived and living the life she loves. Here’s what she achieved last week in group:

“I like to try and get below my Slimming World target before Christmas, and boy, have I done it this year! In fact 7.5lb below target, meaning I got a brand new certificate...namely my 9.5 stone loss award, as well as a 'New Stone Zone'...not seen this 'start' number since I was about 11 years old!! Pretty darn proud of myself!
If anyone is feeling like they might like to shift a few pounds, then I can't recommend Slimming World with Leanne in Rushden, Wollaston and Northampton enough! Amazing consultant, and the best fellow members! Love my Tuesday evenings with my SW family! 🥰”

With Christmas approaching very quickly, have you thought about how you would like to feel when 2026 starts?

I bet you’ve been thinking about everyone else; the presents 🎁,who’s coming to dinner 🍽️ , when are the decorations 🎄 going up 🤔 I know I have ALL of those things going through my head constantly (Mrs Christmas here 😂)
If you’re sat at home, thinking “I’ll start in the new year”, STOP for a second! What about you and your needs ❤️
If you started this week and lost 2lb a week (more than achievable) you would be almost a stone lighter before New Year! How amazing would that feel 😍
If you waited till New Year to come along, you could be a stone or more heavier when 2026 starts 😞. Pardon the pun but isn’t that food for thought 🤔
Come along to group and let me and my room full of fabulous members inspire and motivate you. 100 of my members so far this year have reached their dream target weight 😳 With several more due to reach it before New Year. That’s the best Christmas present for me! Seeing all the “magical moments” in group, the confidence in my members and the smiles on their faces.
