OUR JAPANESE HEAD SPA IS STILL OUT OF ORDER

We know this maybe of inconvenience to everyone who has brought vouchers. We see your frustration with having to move appointments.
We are extremely frustrated with it too. It cannot be helped. We are loosing our income from it and have brought an expensive machine that is sitting in the corner broken and worried we cannot use it again. We have done all we can and been told to do and still it’s not working.
The part we apparently need is in the post and hopefully we can get it working again later this week.
With any treatment that relies on machinery, salons can only do what they can if it’s broken down. We don’t ask for it to be broken and trust us, we are more frustrated than you guys.

Thank you for your understanding and bearing with us while we try to fix the issue

Notice
Saturdays are a really important day. We get booked up so quickly. As much as I would love to accommodate everyone, I have also done 12 years of working almost every Saturday and it’s time for me to slow down and try and spend time for myself. I have so many bookings and the odd person not turning up or rescheduling last minute. The last thing I want to do is to sit around with nothing to do. Please only book any appointments if you can make it. Also if you’re able to do other appointments in the week, I encourage people to book in these days.
