We previously made paper plane designs for Our friendly competitive flight. Check the pictures for the winner of the furthest flight.
We also busied ourselves decorating Mothers day images with Our lovely visitors from a local nursery; sharing what love means to the residents and creating colourful heart mobiles

It was lovely to have such a joyous visit from our friends at the local nursery. We further enjoyed a new ball toss game, which proved hilarious. There was also gentle exercise, church services, fun at work day featuring sumo costumes but to name a few.
Furthermore we have been in receipt of new clothes protectors for meal times which have been very well received

We have been enjoying some relaxing art therapy and marking Epiphany with the visiting Church Service.
There was a great team game of snakes and ladders, delivering some friendly competition.
Residents have also been modelling their new clothes protectors. We are very pleased to hear that these have been well received

Such an amazing time was had by all with the visiting mini concert. We sang and danced along to all of the Christmas favorites

Such beautiful cakes we had for Our Coffee morning, thanks to all who helped to support this event!
We also loved watching the nursery singing songs from their Christmas show, followed by home decorated cookies and a delicious hot chocolate station

Wow!! The resident's Christmas book makes have been such a great hit. We have sold so may already!! Thank you all for supporting us in this.
We now have a select few left, so if you want one of these lovely makes, please come and speak to a member of staff

Furthermore, if you are visiting the home before Christmas, please feel free to leave a Christmas message for the residents/staff on Our holiday tree, which can be found in the home's front entrance

Don't forget there is still time to come and grab some delicious cake this afternoon 1-2pm. We also have some of our lovely residents makes available to purchase. You can also grab tickets for our Christmas raffle while you visit

A Quick reminder of Our Alzheimer's Society Coffee morning today 10-11.30am and 1-2pm. Come along and enjoy a nice refreshing cuppa and a delicious slice of cake! We are receiving cash donations as well as JustGiving QR code for online donations.

Further to this, Our residents have been busying with their crafting, making some beautiful Christmas trees to sell at the coffee morning. If you wish to purchase, these will be cash only (Suggested donation for the book trees are £5) , which will go to the residents fund.
