It is with great sadness & a heavy heart that I announce that the planned launch of the new Amber Support Dementia Cafe will now not take place on the 14th of August at St Margaret’s church hall in Angmering.

I will not now be running this group due to circumstances beyond my control.

I apologise sincerely to everyone who has already connected with me about this group & im sincerely sorry to let you down.

I will be creating a new group & will keep you updated but it is unlikely now to be August.

Thank you all for your belief in me & I will keep you posted.

My dedication to engaging & supporting individuals with dementia in a professional and proactive way remains at the forefront of all I do, as does the support of carers.

Caroline from Ayton House Care Home kindly dropped by the Amber Support by Lesley-Anne Lloyd Dementia Cafe to deliver some delicious chocolate cake just as everyone was setting up for a very competitive bingo game! It’s wonderful to see community members living with dementia enjoying a safe and welcoming space where they can connect and participate in activities.
