Local pharmacies are a great first place to go if your little one is unwell and they can let you know if you need to see a GP or other service.

Through the Pharmacy First service, you can now get expert advice, and even prescription medication when needed, for a range of common childhood conditions:

✅ Earache (1-17 year olds)
✅ Impetigo (1 year and over)
✅ Sore throat (5 years and over)
✅ Sinusitis (12 years and over)
✅ Infected insect bites (1 year and over)

Many are open in the evening and at weekends, and you don't need an appointment - just pop in.

Turning Tides Ending Local Homelessness in Littlehampton, are in desperate need of warm mens coats if anyone is having a clear out. They are located in the hub behind the United Reform Church in Littlehampton and can be accessed via Sainsbury's car park. Thank you 🙏
