August means 'dignified', 'respected', 'awe inspiring' and 'tremendous'.
Body tends to refer to a group of people, yet can also relate to a particular individual.
The month of August is upon us, and yes I know it was named after the Roman Emperor.
Yet this would be a good time, in the month of holidays, rest and recuperation, to look to ourselves. allow us Time to permit each of us look after ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and even spiritually.
Experience is unnecessary. Techniques are superfluous. You merely need to relax. When you relax, you may REALLY relax. When you REALLY relax, the healing may begin.
