The mid point between the darkest and brightest points. A beautiful time to greet the sun. Deep clean your home, mind, heart and path ahead. A time for your innate wisdom and higher self to pull you up from your winter roots and towards the light. Flowing and fertile, watery light and hope. March can feel like a strange month, as April lingers ahead of us. I have space, the weekend of the 22nd where we gather I. *headphones on* this wind gong is like a love. Even in the world of sound healing there’s language which categorises instruments in heirachical order, of course depending on their cost, and yes OF COURSE, this is toxic. Intention is everything. Wind gongs aren’t tuned, like symphonic gongs(and they aren’t as pricey as symphonic gongs). But I love them, whether I’m playing or recurving they pull me away from my thoughts, into clouds, space, waves and dreaming. This gong is low, I do not play it loudly, you can see the edges vibrating, shimmering and that low viral beat frequency is something else…

Perfectionism in processing. Just a few thoughts. Sorry, too long, not full of wellness fluff, but maybe a more of a honest take on the pressure we put on ourselves sometimes when coming into the space looking for a ‘break’. Plus the reality of the world we are living in and a gentle reminder that to take care of your community and others can be one of the most spiritual things you can do.

It’s been a wild time of transition. Moving home is quite literally maddening and so overwhelming! But I feel like I’ve landed, just about, and with a little help we’ve managed to get to ‘phase 1’ 😂 the beautiful and cosy 1-2-1 ‘Hayloft’ is OPEN! My first lovely client welcomed the space today and it felt magical, the supported floor carried the vibrations perfectly and the peace and quiet allowed for the most profound relaxation. Small but mighty. Probably the last event held at my current home. It was beautiful but also challenging, there is SO much going on right now, that 2.5 hours didn’t seem long enough… but what precious souls came into the space, so gentle, reflective, open… we found our breath, worked through a ‘tree-year journey’ taking note of the seasons, our inner strength, and how we’ve arrived at the a full deep soundbath with chakra balancing yoga Nidra brought insight and equilibrium and we realised through these moments, that we were all calling in clarity, peace, focus, stillness, love & balance. Working with a new moon, another eclipse and the equinox was perhaps more weighty that I thought it would be. Today I am going to try and make it to the woods and to the sea. Take care of yourself beautiful people, s**t is real this month(well it has been for the past 5 years, but hey, you know that)

A small but beautiful group last night. We dropped in to experience ‘the gold’. Swimming in the beginning whisper of Autumn, as the wind whipped around the edges of the studio, we remained still, warm and deep inside. A magical time. The juxtaposition of the soundbath space vs the world feels profound at the minute. Sometimes hard to grapple with, but we honour privilege we have to come together, heal and create space and choose love. If anyone is longing for this, I have 1 space left on Sunday. The autumnal equinox is a moment that marks the start of autumn.

The word “equinox” comes from Latin aequus, meaning “equal,” and nox, “night.” On the equinox, day and night are roughly equal in length.

In a strange turning of the tides, we have already moved through the watery harvest moon this September, but greet the New Moon on the 21st, when we come together.
It’s an excellent time to reflect on what you’ve achieved so far, ripe personal growth, transformation and re-evaluating life’s balance.
Setting intentions for the journey into darkness and longer nights.
We also greet the warm and earthy colours of Autumn. The landscape silently explodes with vibrant colors of red, yellow, and orange. The leaves begin to drop off the trees, Plants and trees are slowing down to get ready for the colder season ahead as sunlight decreases. And we are invited to do the same.

We are gathering, at my home, for a very special afternoon retreat where we will journal, breathe, meditate, soundbath, sip cacao and rest. Spaces are limited. Booking essential. Link in bio. Sunday 21st September | 4-6.30pm | West Worthing
