Mental Health Awareness Week: Remembering Grief Matters

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to gently acknowledge a form of emotional pain that is often unseen, yet deeply felt — grief.

Losing someone we love can affect every part of our lives. It can bring waves of sadness, confusion, anger, loneliness, and sometimes even physical exhaustion. Grief is not something to “fix” or rush through — it is a natural response to loss, and it looks different for everyone.

At George S Munn Funeral Directors, we see first-hand how important it is to support not only families at the time of a loss, but also in the weeks and months that follow. Talking openly about grief is a vital step in protecting our mental health.
