This Sunday at Glasgow Witchy Bazaar

I practice crystal healing by following the energy I’m naturally drawn to.
I don’t rely on fixed or traditional meanings, because what one crystal represents to one person can feel completely different to another. For me, it’s always about personal connection trusting how a crystal makes me feel and the energy it shares.
As a trained practitioner and psychic medium I value intuition.
Each crystal holds its own unique resonance, and I believe the most powerful guidance comes from feeling the energy from the individual stone.
I prefer to work in my own way because crystal healing, to me, is a deeply personal and intuitive practice,rather than following someone else's meanings, I allow myself to connect with the energy of each crystal and trust how it feels to me.
This approach feels more authentic to me, it honours both my own intuition and the unique needs of the person I am working with.
Doing my own thing I create a healing experience that is guided by genuine connection.
I don’t follow what books or Google say about crystals because I believe their true power is found in personal connection, not in fixed definitions.
Published meanings are often generalised, but energy is deeply individual.
A crystal may feel soothing and healing to one person, while sparking motivation or clarity in another.
By relying on intuition and direct experience, I honour the unique way each crystal resonates with me and with those I work with. For me, the practice is about authentic connection not memorising someone else’s interpretation.
I will have information on the crystal properties that are generalized if a client wants to know this ,but I do not follow these meanings.
I like to work uniquely in all my practices
I bring together crystal healing, Reiki, and psychic mediumship to offer a truly holistic experience. Crystals support and amplify energy, Reiki provides balance and flow, while psychic mediumship opens the space for deeper spiritual connection this allows me to connect on a deeper spiritual level to bring through guidance and healing messages.
By weaving these practices together, each session becomes a personalised experience.

Woman Living in masculine energy with very little feminine energy. Let me tell you how this has effected me over the years.

Living in your masculine energy and how it affects you ,well for as long as I can remember I have lived in masculine energy, reluctant to show a softer feminine side.
Why? I didn't want to show weakness , I didn't want to show any softness, I put up walls,brick hard walls up to protect myself, I was a tom boy but I was still a girl,a girl who did want to do girl things but found it so hard to connect to feminine energy and let my self be open.

Childhood trauma and other tuff stuff in life held me back from living a more softer side of life,instead I chose to put a hard act on living in my masculine side, fighting anything that got in my way.
Because being in my masculine kept me “in control.”
No woman steps into masculine energy or hardens without reason.
She does it because experience taught her that softness doesn't feel safe.
If being feminine meant being vulnerable then l learned to protect myself the only way i knew how and that was by taking control.
Being in this role too much leads to burnout, emotionally dead relationships, hormonal issues,anger and awful mood swings, just totally lost,confused and out of control.

I pushed past the exhaustion, I self regulated in my younger days.
In relationships I never felt safe enough to be soft ,I pushed away when my walls started to break down a little, I always felt the need to be the strong one the protector, I didn't need anyone to protect me, I can do that all by myself was my belief.
If you’re always in fight or flight, of course Your body doesn’t feel safe,because it thinks you’re at war.
That war is with yourself.
You are affecting your health,hormones and mental health.
You need to learn to soften,to trust ,learn to rest even if it's for 10 minutes,slow the mind down from the war inside.
Come into your feminine energy because I can promise you it's not weakness it is power a power I was living without for so long.
Life threw me some really tuff challenges that kept me in fight or flight mode and that served me well for these challenges but it also kept me stuck and full of anger and resentment for not letting it go afterwards,it was so unhealthy.

Some traits of too much masculine energy in a woman
powerful, intimidating, opinionated, outspoken,ambitious,always on the go, like being in control, highly independent, have a hard time expressing love or vulnerability. chasing, obsessing, seeking,you come off as standoffish or aggressive,making men feel useless, trying to come off as always independent,not letting them be the man.
Again this is fight or flight mode.

Everything is all about balance , getting that balance and opening up to your feminine energy brings balance , we need both yin and yang energy to be in balance.

How I have found balance and let me tell you this has only been recently and has been so hard for me,I have always felt uncomfortable in my feminine energy but now I feel more me,more happy in life ,settled and less angry.
I am smiling again,finding joy properly in thing's,slowing my mind down ,taking me time,and not having to be in control all of the time,open to cuddles now and I even dance (but when no one is watching) this is something I still have to work on.
Moving your body actually helps release blocked energy.

Kcr and energy healing from my aunt has helped me tremendously, also her love and support, holding me and feeling safe in her energy.
She was always a woman I looked up to growing up,always loved spending time with her,she put me in my place when needed.
She has helped me more than she will ever know and I feel so much more at peace now.
