🚶🌿Well-being & Nordic Walking Evening, Thursday 31st July, 6.30-8.30pm

Join us for our next event in our Wellness Series with Elen Lloyd Hyfforddwr Lles Holistaidd / Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Start the evening with a Meet the Donkeys experience in the stable where you will spend time with our miniature Mediterranean donkeys, get to know their natures, and learn how positive connections with animals can promote emotional and social well-being. 🫏 Elen will then guide an hour-long Nordic walk up and along the hillside. While enjoying the scenic views of the Clywdian Range, Elen will offer advice on technique and share the benefits of this exercise.

No previous experience is required, and Nordic walking poles will be provided. ✨
